Student Observatory Assistant to help with astronomy public lecture series events and other events at the Thomas More Observatory.
Requirements:Applicant must be a physics or math major/minor or have completed an astronomy lecture and lab course. Commitment is around 2 hours per month, and will be on a Saturday night. Observations are subject to cancellation if weather is poor.

21 Sep 2024 from 7:30p-9:30p
12 Oct 2024 from 7:00p-9:00p
9 Nov 2024 from 7:00p-9:00p
8 Feb 2025 from 6:30p-8:30p
8 Mar 2025 from 7:00p-9:00p
12 Apr 2025 from 7:30p-9:30p
+ one additional night for training on the telescopes.
