The Department of Business Administration welcomes applications for adjunct faculty to join our team of professionals. We are dedicated to inspiring students and sharing the mission of Thomas More College: to challenge students of all faiths to examine the ultimate meaning of life, their place in the world, and their responsibility to others.

 

Thomas More University, located in Crestview Hills, KY, is a small, private liberal arts Catholic University located 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. In addition to its traditional liberal arts curriculum, Thomas More University offers undergraduate and graduate level programs for nontraditional, adult students.

 

Opportunities are available for undergraduate and graduate courses, both on ground and online, beginning in spring 2022 and beyond, in the Management discipline.

 

Education/Experience:

 

  • Undergraduate Courses: An MBA or master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate hours in the discipline you will be teaching
  • Graduate (MBA) Courses: A DBA or PhD with 18 graduate hours in the discipline
  • Significant business/management experience in the discipline.
  • The willingness to teach on-ground and online courses is preferred.
  • Previous teaching experience in both online and on ground courses is preferred but not required.

 

Applicants for on-line adjunct positions must reside in the Kentucky, Ohio or Indiana.
