 Administrative Support/Project Coordinator

Institute for Career Development and Graduate School Planning (ICG)

 

 

General Description

This individual in this role will provide administrative support to the ICG and manage ICG projects by managing and elevating the work study process, engaging in the resume review process, researching new projects, and managing special projects with employers and faculty.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

·        Manage tracking of assessment data

·        Manage and communicate assessment calendar deadlines

·        Manage Tier 1 employer needs

·        Provide support for Handshake platform

·       Work with Career Ambassadors to manage social media

·        Research new projects

·        Provide support for special projects

·        Manage recruitment table process

·        Manage and elevate the work study process

·       Provide committee representation

·        Support ICG marketing process

 

   

Education, Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge Requirements

Required

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Able to use Microsoft software competently

Preferred

·        Knowledge of audio-visual equipment or interest in learning

·        Video-editing experience or interest in learning

·        Graphic design expertise or interest in learning
