The Dept. of Business Administration welcomes applications for adjunct faculty to join our team of professionals. We are dedicated to inspiring students and sharing the mission of Thomas More University: to challenge students of all faiths to examine the ultimate meaning of life, their place in the world, and their responsibility to others.


Thomas More University (TMU), located in Crestview Hills, KY, is a small, private liberal arts Catholic college located 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. In addition to its traditional liberal arts curriculum, TMU offers a number of undergraduate and graduate level programs for nontraditional, adult students.


Opportunities are available for undergraduate and graduate courses, both on ground and online, in spring 2019 and beyond, in Finance, Management, Marketing, International Business, Operations, and Quantitative Methods.



 Undergraduate Courses: An MBA or master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate hours in the discipline you will be teaching

·         Graduate (MBA) Courses: A DBA or PhD with 18 graduate hours in the discipline

·         Significant business/management experience in the discipline

·         Previous teaching experience in both online and on ground courses is preferred but not required.

o   Certification as CFP or CFA a plus for investment courses
