Thomas More University is required by The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA) to disclose certain information to prospective employees, including the Annual Security Report. The report contains detailed information on campus policies and procedures, including missing student notification procedures, emergency response and evacuation procedures, alcohol and drug policies, sexual assault prevention programs and procedures, statement of law enforcement authority of campus personnel and their relationship with state and local agencies, security of and access to campus facilities, and procedures for the reporting of criminal activities or emergencies.
