Technology Training Goals

The mission of the Thomas More University Information Technology Services department is to support the academic and administrative areas of the college in fulfilling their mission by providing high quality and timely customer service, necessary computing resources and infrastructure, necessary software, and technology training opportunities. IT Services has offered in person training and have given students and employees the ability to book a One-On-One training session with one of our helpdesk members. Along with each of the Training categories below, we have provided written instructions and videos that you can use if you need any assistance. If you are having any issues relating to a technology or computer issue, please visit our ticket system at it.thomasmore.edu/helpdesk and create a helpdesk ticket so we can assist you.
