The mission of the Thomas More University Information Technology Services department is to support the academic and administrative areas of the college in fulfilling their mission by providing high quality and timely customer service, necessary computing resources and infrastructure, necessary software, and technology training opportunities. During the session, a Helpdesk member will discuss the topic, demonstrate, and provide hands-on training for the topic. The sessions will last 30 minutes; 15 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes for question and answer. The topics will vary each week. In addition to face-to-face training we have provided written instructions and videos that you can use if you need any assistance. Check the calendar below to see when our next training is offered.
